1.DN-2HS/DS-2LHS high speed bag sewing machine
The machine is single needle, double thread, bottom feed. The specifications are as follow. The max sewing speed can up to 2800SPM, the max stitch length is 7-12mm. The max sewing thickness is 10mm, the needle is DR×2 25#or 26#. The stich type is 401, and the lubrication is automatic oil supply.
Except for the DN-2HS, we have DN-2LHS left handbag sewing machine is the left version machine. It has same features of DN-2HS. Both DN-2HS and DN-2LHS can be the opposite sewing unit on the bag sewing line.
2.DN-2U/DN-2LU bag sewing machine
The DN-2U machine is the upgraded machine based on the common DN-2HS. I t also installed upper feeding mechanism. The machine is the upper and lower feed, single needle two thread, chainstitch bag making machine. The max speed can up to 2800SPM, the stitch length can be adjusted between 7-12mm, and the max sewing capacity up to 10mm.
Except for the DN-2U, we also have DN-2LU, and the machine is the opposite version machine. Both DN-2U and DN-2LU are also suitable for sewing all kinds of geotextile.
3.DN-2W/ DN-2LW bag sewing machine
The DN-2W machine is double needle high speed bag sewing machine, and is the plain feed, double needle four thread and flat bed industrial chainstitch sewing machine. Because the machine is double needle four thread, it can realize two independent stiches with two each of needles and loopers. So it’s good for the heavy weight bags or the higher sealing requests. Besides, the max sewing speed can up to 2800SPM, the max stitch length is 7-12mm, and the max sewing thickness is 10mm. The needle is DR×2 25# or 26#. What’s more, the stich type is 401, the machine is belongs to automatic oil supply.
Except for the DN-2W, DN-2LW is left hand double needle high speed sewing machine is available. Both two machines can be used on the automatic bags production line separately or unite.
