Heavy duty net sewing machine GK81500CZ is single needle, three threads, overedging chainstitch sewing machine, which developed on GK81300 machine head, specially designed for attaching rope to net borders, it can sew 4-20mm rope without changing any parts, just make some simple adjustments. Synchronized feed with double upper driven pullers and double lower driven pullers, which is pneumatically controlled lift and down, for parallel sewing to nets, no feed dog is used and with flat needle plate(without slots).
Net and rope sewing machine is the high level net overedging machine and best choice for sewing fishing nets, sport nets, farm nets, safety nets, construction nets, protection nets, etc. It is also very popular for manufacturing salmon fish nets(same function machine as Italian Buraschi net sewing machine).
For the smaller diameter rope with nets, please refer to GN20-4NT machine, which to attach 2-14mm ropes.
