PP woven bag closing and sealing system WS-4 series are mainly used for heat sealing PP woven filled bags with the inner PE, which adopts Teflon belt to cover the heat bars to protect the PP bags not to touch the heat bars directly and to prevent the PP bags melting of high temperature.
WS-4 series PP woven bag heat sealing machines are the automatic sealing machine line with the process of dust cleaning, trimming, heat sealing(inner PE) and stitching with thread by the high speed sewing machine head DS-9C or DS-7C. They are the good choice for all manufactures of PP woven bags filled with the granular and powder products in the market.
This WS series PP woven bag heat sealers mainly includes 3 models as below,
1. WS-42D Sealing inner PE film first, then stitching with crepe tape
2. WS-42DF sealing inner PE film first, then folding the bag top and stitching
3. WS-422D Sealing the inner PE film first,stitching and cover the adhesive tape
