Last week, we received from our customer who need to inspect our bag closer sewing machines for their internal purpose, we cooperated with this customer for more than 4 years, this is the first time they asked to inspect our machines.
The customer asked the third party to make 100% inspection, as the machines are customized for brand, manual and carton, we did a lot work on it, we make our machines 100% as per the customer’s requirements.
Even the inspector was very strict on inspecting every machine, totally 140 sets, including NP-7A, GK26-1S(with 70mm binder) and GKS-6 stand conveyor(red color), but all machines are meet their inspection standard. During the inspection, even with a small foam, little oil on machine surface, etc were not accepted, we have a few sets of machines with such points and cleaned them while packing them.
Inspecting process:
1. Open 3 cartons for each machine.
2. Checking details with the contracts, such as brand label, serial number, shipping mark,etc.
3. Take pictures from different angle of the machines.
4. Measuring the machine size LxWxH, weighing its net weight.
5. Test the machine working condition, smoothly sewing, without noise, etc.
6. After pack in carton, drop the carton from an angle about 1m height to floor.

The customer is very satisfied after receiving the report from the inspection company, and arranged the shipment immediately.
