DN-2U bag making sewing machine is the upgraded machine based on the common DN-2HS machine head, but with the upper feeding mechanism, which is better to sew thick and slippery materials. The upper and lower feeding structure assures the consistent seam, its max. sewing thickness can up to 8mm, the stitch length is adjusted between 7-12mm at the max. sewing speed 2800RPM.
When you make the thick or slipper bags made of multi-wall papers, PP/PE and cloth, this bag making sewing machine head is your best choice in the cereal factory, chemical products factory, sugar factory, cement factory, flour factory and more. As one of the most popular bag sewing machine head(machine parts are same as Newlong DN-2U), the regular machine maintenance after-sales service are simple, fast and low-cost.
