Jute bag overedge sewing machine GN20-2D is single needle, flat bed, plain feed, double thread chain stitch sewing machine. It uses one needle and one lower looper to form one straight chain stitch and one safety overlock(503 type), beautiful and consistent stitch, top oil bad with the semi-auto lubrication, filler cord guide with the filler cord from the top and or bottom, which can close the needle hole during the sewing, in order to avoid the leakage issue.
This gunny bag making sewing machine is mainly designed for sewing heavy duty materials on side seams on gunny and jute bags, with large overedging width 19mm, strong and safety stitch, beautiful seam performance.
Jute bag safety stitch sewing machine GN20-2D is also can be used for sewing jumbo bags. Also it can be used for overedging carpets and rugs by changing some parts.
