Big bag inlet and outlet spout sewing machine GK80900-CD5 is the high speed, two needle, four thread, cylinder-bed, heavy duty chainstitch industrial sewing machine. It is latest designed machine with the round cylinder to sew the jumbo bag filling and discharging spout with/without filler cord from the top and bottom, suitable for the skirt bags. Its 360 degree round cylinder bed can help insert into the inlet and outlet spout tube, which help the 360 degree circle stitch to attach the big bag.
With the bottom and top alternative feeding structure, this big bag spout sewing machine has two independent rows of chain stitches(401+401 type),also suitable for inserting top and bottom plates and body side seams on very heavy weight fabric of container bags, and with top and bottom filler cord guides for sealing the needle punctures.
The standard set up of jumbo bag spout sewing machine comes with pneumatic foot lift device, automatic thread chain cutter(hot knife), top and bottom filler cord guides, top oil bath with auto lubrication,750W powerful needle position servo motor with the external synchronizer and the spout style bench top and stand with the heavy thread stand for the big bag thread. The whole unit is very convenient to facilitate circular seam of jumbo bag top and bottom panel with spout fabric.
In addition, the machine can be customized to the single needle two thread version, as well as without air foot lift and manual thread cutting depends on the actual requests.
