Stainless steel bag feed-in device CP-4900-SS is the stainless steel version device based on regular CP-4900. It is mainly designed for the bag closing in the corrosive working circumstance, such as chemical industry etc.
With the same specifications of regular CP-4900 device, this stainless steel bag infeed machine mainly uses the Mitsubishi induction motor(380V,200W). Both the Chinese 3-phase induction motor with the gear reduction device and infinite speed adjusted motor available as the option.
Usually, the regular bag infeed machine can help the pedestal closing machine guide, fold or trim the filled bag, whether assembled with DS-9 series machine heads or GK35 series closing machine head in the food, feed, seeds industries with the powder, granule or liquid products. In the specific chemical industry, we will have the corrosive working circumstance, then the regular painted automatic infeed device, such as CP4900, CM4900-3 etc, can not resist the relative corrosion. Therefore, CP4900-SS, stainless steel automatic infeed machine, is the right solution for the special application with the long resisted machine life.
