Direct-driven cross bottom big bag sewing machine GK82810-D is double needle four thread chain stitch machine, specially designed for stitching the loop from the cross-bottom or the middle of big bags with "+" or grid shape, easy for attaching the loop on big bag body with webbing guide device, the webbing width can be 30, 45 and 55mm.
This direct-driven big bag loop sewing machine developed from our regular GK82800 big bag chain stitch sewing machine head, which with powerful direct drive motor, upper and lower feeding system, and automatic lubrication. The machine comes with pneumatic foot lift and hot thread cutter.
GK82810-D direct-driven cross bottom big bag sewing machine use the large working space, from needle to right arm is 530mm, and the clearance under the arm is 190mm. It is ideal for making heavy duty big bags with reinforced strips for cross bottom or grid bottom.
