Bag feed-in and trimming device

Bag feed-in and trimming device is one automatic infeed machine, which has the bag top trimming and crepe tape binder(the binder size can be customized, 60mm,65mm,70&75mm available ) to add the crepe tape on the bag. This device can trim the bag top firstly, then add the crepe tape before sending the bag to sewing machine head to close, which ensure the bag with more tighter and strong closure. The machine has the Mitsubishi 380V 3-phase induction motor and two gear reduction devices. Both the model CM4900-1(the automatic indeed device for the plain sewn closure) and the crepe tape device are available as the option.

Usually, CM4900-3 works together with our DS-9 series machines head and GK35 series machines heads, which vertically mounted on the pedestal closing machine. The whole unit mainly trim bags, guide and closing most kinds of filled bag in the seed, feed, grain, chemical industries etc.

Crepe tape binder

It is for binding the crepe tape on bag mouth, the binder size can be 55mm, 60mm, 65mm, 70mm and 75mm. The binder size means the crepe tape width.

Cutting baldes

It is for triming bag mouth,in order to better cover the crepe tape on bag top.
