Long arm Q bag sewing machine

Long arm Q bag baffle sewing machine GK82800(Q bag also call baffle bag) is one high speed, two needle four thread industrial chain stitch industrial sewing machine. This machine is specially designed for Q bag sewing(baffle sewing of jumbo bags),which mainly suitable to sew straight lines into wide PP fabric without folding the fabric on the right side.(Filler cords from top and bottom can be stitched for sealing the needle punctures).

With the top and bottom feeding structure, this long arm big bag baffle sewing machine the large working space(524x160mm) with the stainless steel plate under the arm, air foot lifter, air needle cooler, oil bath with the automatic lubricated system, the right side thread chain cutter(hot knife), its max. sewing capacity can up to 10mm, adjusted stitch length is between 6-13mm with the multiple filament and fabricated thread, 6.4mm(standard) needle distance, these two needle version machines can be interchanged to the single needle machine by chance few parts easily.

The full set machine comes with the strong needle position servo motor, stainless steel table top, stand and heavy thread threads for the big bag. Basically, this long arm big bag baffle sewing machine is designed for the baffle sewing with enforcement stitch line on the big bags, container bags, FIBC bags, Q bags, which is the high performance machine for the most big bag factories worldwide.
