Direct-driven long arm big bag baffle sewing machine GK81800-D is with direct drive motor driving, lower and alternating upper feeding system, single and double needle, long arm chain stitch industrial sewing machine. Specially designed for baffle sewing of big bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags and container bags, suitable for sewing straight lines on PP fabrics, filler cord can be sewn from top and bottom.
This direct-driven long arm Q bag baffle sewing machine adopts the automatic lubrication system, high sewing speed up to 1800SPM, large working space 530x190mm. Equipped with pneumatic controlled foot lift and hot thread cutter, as well as need cooling device. Stainless steel cover plate, the stainless steel table and unique designed stand with the pedal are simple and convenient for the user in the big bag factory.
Baffle bags also known as FIBC/big bags with internal baffles, which used in construction, agriculture, mining, chemical processing, food-grade bulk packaging, etc. Our Baffle Bag Sewing Machine ensures consistent quality, reduces waste, and meets the industry requirements for high-strength bulk packaging.
