Bottom feed big bag chainstitch sewing machine GK35-1 is the high speed, one needle two thread chain stitch industrial sewing machine. It is one special designed common jumbo bag making sewing machine for the global jumbo bag manufactures, stable and affordable!!!
Developed from the regular GK35-2C machine head(most spare parts can be interchanged between freely), this cheap bottom feed big bag chainstitch sewing machine adopts the bottom feed only, copper allied lever with shaft bushing structure, oil bath and manual lubrication, semi-automatic thread chain cutter, the special designed presser foot and needle plate for the filler cord from the top and bottom guide, which can seal the needle puncture as well as for the enforcement stitching of the big bag. Its adjusted stitch length is between 8-15mm, and the max. sewing capacity is 10mm.
This is one cheap big bag sewing machine in the market, simple inside structure with the most interchanged spare parts in the market, simple set up and ease maintenance at the lost cost, beautiful and durable stitches. It is suitable for sewing the most big bags, container bags, big bags, ton bags factories etc.
