Belt conveyor for bag closing is 2500mm length, flat bed conveyor, with PVC belt transportation. It is an essential part of the automatic bag closing system for conveying filled bags with products such as feed, corn, beans, nuts, rice, flour and so on. Usually the conveyor is equipped with speed regulating motor for easy adjusting the conveying speed, also the fixed frequency motor is available if needed.

Structure:

Regularly this belt conveyor for bag closing consists of the frame(carbon steel or stainless steel), conveyor belt, driving motor, side guide rails, long screw bolts, etc. The conveyor belt width is 400mm and the lengths can be 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm,etc.

Working method:

It is positioned between the bagging machine and the bag closer or heat sealer, conveys the filled bags to the closing station, the side guide rails keep the bags in the upright way during the transportation.

Type:

It is flat bed belt conveyor for bag closing, with flat conveying surface, commonly used in the industries like grain, fertilizer, etc, smoothly transport the bags for closing and sealing.

Speed regulating motor

 

The standard motor of the conveyor is speed regulating motor,which is easy to adjust the conveying speed same as bag infeeder and bag closer.

Fixed frequency motor

 

The fixed frequency motor is also available for the conveyor,but not easy to adjust the conveying speed through motor belt,usually it will need to add the inverter in the control system to adjust its speed.
