Automatic bag closing system with tag placer
Automatic bag closing system with tag placer A1-PB+DS-9C+CP6000-2+LS-130D is including large sewing pedestal A1-PB, high speed bag closing machine DS-9C, special infeed device CP6000-2 and tag placer LS-130D. The whole sewing system includes PLC control, auto bag top folding, tag placing and bag closing. The whole automatic bag closing system with the tag placer is designed to automatically position pre-printed product information labels/tags near the nip-point, or infeed, of a bag as it is being sewn closed while eliminating the operator's task of hand feeding labels and tags, increasing line speed and throughput.
It is one height adjustable pedestal, carbon steel body, with casters for easy movement from place to place. It is used to mount sewing head, bag infeed device, crepe tape stand and tag placer.

DS-9C sewing head
DS-9C is high speed bag sewing head, with full sealed lubrication system, all parts are dust-proof which extended the service life and decrease the maintenance cost.

CP6000-2 is the special infeed device for matching the tag placer to feed the tags, which is for folding the bag top, the folding direction can be back or front.

LS-130D auto tag placer
It is the motor controlled, belt transmission and mechanical pliers by air cylinder, easy adjust the tag feeding speed according to the sewing system speed. This device is the core part of this whole automatic bag closing system with tag placer for the filled bag top mouth.

It is adopted double VFDs control for regulating the working speed of sewing machine and infeed device. With imported electrical components to make sure the stability of the whole automatic bag closing system with the tap placer, it leaves the port to connect the conveyor. And the system power is standard with 380V/50Hz, other volts are available by adding the transformer.
