Automatic bag closing system A1-PT+GK35-6A+CP4900 contains the sewing pedestal A1-PT, bag closing machine GK35-6A and bag infeed device CP4900. The whole sewing system is with PLC control. It is suitable for sewing paper, PP, etc bags, and widely used in food, feed, chemical industries, etc.
It is height adjustable pedestal, carbon steel body, with casters for easy movement from place to place. It used to mount sewing head, bag infeed device and crepe tape stand.

GK35-6A sewing head
GK35-6A is high speed sewing head, with auto start/stop and thread cutting, the cutter width is 50mm. With low noise and long service life.

●Stitch type: 401
(Optional sewing head: GK35-8A double needle four thread chain stitch machine)
CP4900 is belt type infeed device, which can be plain feed or with bag top folding, the folding direction can be back or front. This device can not work alone, must match with sewing machine on the pedestal.

Control system
It is adopted PLC control system, manually adjust the speed of CP4900 infeed device, easy operation. It leaves the port for connecting the conveyor. And the system power is standard with 380V/50Hz, other volts are available by adding the transformer.
