High speed bag closing system

 

High speed bag closing system A1-PB+DS-9C+CP6000 is including height adjustable sewing pedestal A1-PB, high speed sewing head DS-9C, bag infeed device CP6000. The whole sewing system is adopted PLC control, automatic bag top folding, automatic sewing and thread cutting, the control system makes each device working smoothly and continuously. The sewing height is adjustable to suit different size of bags, it can be matched with auto weighing machine, conveying line, palletizing robot, etc to the auto bag packaging line. It is suitable for folding and sewing of PP bags, paper bags, etc, widely used in food, feed, fertilizer, chemical industries and so on.

It is height adjustable pedestal, carbon steel body, with casters for easy movement from one place to another place. It used to mount sewing head, bag infeed device, crepe tape stand and tag placer.

DS-9C sewing head

DS-9C is high speed sewing head, with full sealed lubrication system, all parts are dust-proof which extended the service life and decrease the maintenance cost.

CP6000 infeed device

CP6000 is long version chain type infeed device, which can be plain feed or with bag top folding, the folding direction can be back or front. This device can not work alone, must match with sewing machine on the pedestal.

Control system

It is adopted double VFDs control for regulating the working speed of sewing machine and infeed device. With imported electrical components to make sure the stability of the whole sewing system, it leaves the port to connect the conveyor. And the system power is standard with 380V/50Hz, other volts are available by adding the transformer.
