Explosion-proof bag closing machine EX-A1-PB+DS-9C is our latest development of automatic pedestal bag closing system. The motor, electrical cabinet and electrical components are all explosion proof. With height adjustable pedestal, for both plain sewing and crepe tape sewing. The sewing system can be used with different lengths of the belt conveyors.
This special automatic bag closing system is widely used in the industry such as chemical, oil etc, specially designed for harsh environments with heavy dust, high electrostatic, flammability and explosiveness, such as flour, milk powder, protein powder, coffee, toner, pigments, pesticides, feed seasonings, washing powder, fly ash and more.
DS-9C Bag Closing Machine Head
High speed bag closing machine head DS-9C, with full sealed lubrication system, all parts are dust-proof which extended the service life and decrease the maintenance cost.
