Stationary sewing head, usually used as a part of bag closing system, whether semi-automatic bag closing system or high speed automatic bag closing system, mounted on the height adjustable pedestal over the belt conveyor. A1-PB pedestal is special for mounting DS-9 series sewing head, it is similar to Newlong machine, also can equip the bag infeeders CP4900 and CM4900-3 as well as tag placer.
The lubrication systems of the machines mainly are, manual lubrication with sight feed oiler (GK35 series machines) and full automatic oil bath lubrication(DS-9 series).
