Heavy duty PE bag heat sealer HS series are mainly used for sealing the heavy duty PE bags filled with food, feed, fertilizer, granular and powder materials, the sealing speed is quick and continuous. This series heat sealing machines seal the filled bags without bag closing machine head(without thread stitching). The Teflon band system prevents the PE bags from melting, and easy cooled after sealing.
HS series heavy duty PE bag heat sealing machine make the smooth seal surface and good sealing quality, which are the stable automatic sealing machines for the most factory with the powder and granular products. According to the thickness of the bags, it can add the heat bars. The sealing process is auto dust cleaning, trimming, heat sealing and cooling.
This heat sealer series (equal to Newlong HS series Heat Sealer) mainly closes various kinds of heavy-duty polyethylene bags filled with rice, animal feed, fertilizer, salt, food and any other granular and powdery products quickly and continuously.
