How To Solve The Noise Problem For A Bag Sewing Machine?
During our daily sewing works, we may happen to meet the noise problem from the sewing machine, it would appear after the machine worked for a period of time.
Why it happened? And how to deal with the noise?
Usually, if there is noise, the following are some reasons and solutions:
1. Not lubricated
After the machine working for a period of time, the lubricant oil will be run out, at this time, if with less oil or without oil, the noise will be happened during the machine working.
Solution: Fully oil the machine every shift before start working, there are oil holes in the machine body, oiling all the holes, also there are oilers on the machine, when the oiler is almost empty, fill the oil at early time, it can protect the machine and get better maintenance.
2. Wearing and hitting during the working
The machine will wear and tear for long time working, or it would hit by careless operation or some other reason, then the noise occurred.
Solution: To better use the machine, it needs to check the machine condition on a certain time, and make maintenance, like change the worn parts, do some adjusting on the machine, etc.
3. Parts loosen or offset
Besides the parts worn out, the parts loosen or offset, also can cause the noise.
Solution: First checking where the noise happened, and then using maintenance tools to tighten the loosen parts and make the parts to its proper position.
4. Needle broken or protect cover broken
When needle is broken during the sewing work, or protect cover is broken, the noise will happen.
Solution: When found the needle is blunt or broken, it needs to change immediately, also if protect cover or other parts broken, it also needs to change them in time.
