Jumbo bag chain stitch sewing machine GK80700-CD3 is one basic heavy duty, high speed, two needle four thread chain stitch industrial sewing machine. It is the most popular two needle jumbo bag chain stitch sewing machine to sew various fabric pieces of big bag body, including side seam on fabric and loop with filler cord, top and bottom plate seams, heavy duty corner seam and more in the Q bag/baffle bags(4 sides+ bases+ inner panels),cross corner bags(tubular body+ square base),U-panel bags and more.
With the upper and lower feeding mechanism, this big bag chain stitch sewing machine has 2 independent rows double chain stitch(401+401) for the side seam of big bags(the single needle two threads is also available if required),its adjusted stitch length between 6-12mm, the max. sewing thickness can up to 18mm, filler cord guide from top and/or bottom for sealing the needle punctures at left needle (the filler cord can from both top and bottom, also it can be only from top or from bottom).
Based on this basic bulk bag chain stitch sewing machine, the upgraded pneumatic foot lifter and hot thread chain cutter are available (Please refer to model GK80700-CD4 and GK80700-CD5). All these three big bag chain stitch sewing machines are the necessary and higher performance machines for the global manufacturers who make high level big bags, jumbo bags, FIBCs bags, ton bags and container bags etc.
