2-needle Flat Bed Filter Bag Sewing Machines

Two needle flat bed filter bag sewing machine GC1560D is the direct-driven, high speed, triple feed and walking foot, flat bed, industrial lockstitch sewing machine. With the powerful compound feeding structure, this machine use the large vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin, strong integrated built-in servo motor with the top and bottom needle position function controlled by the external synchronizer, the rectangular feeding motion prevents stitch gathering, the alternative vertical movement mechanism, controlled by the top dial, prevents the irregular and consistent stitches, dual tension mechanism, built-in bobbin winder, safety clutch by button prevents the hook damage during the sewing.

This GC1560D also have the direct-driven 1-needel filter bag making sewing machine GC1510D with the basic needle position function, full function machine with automatic thread trimmer, foot lift and reverse, as well as 14, 18 and 25 inch long arm available.

Both of these two filter bags making sewing machines are the regular lockstitch sewing machines to stitch one or two parallel seams on the PP, PE, PTEF and NMO fabrics of most filter bags and dedusting bags, very popular in the filter bags industry worldwide.
