2-needle Long Arm Filter Bag Cylinder Bed Sewing Machines

2-needle long arm filter bag cylinder bed sewing machine GC1342L-18 is one high speed, two needle, 18 inch long arm, compound feed with walking foot, cylinder bed industrial lockstitch sewing machine, which developed from the regular GC1342 machine head. It is mainly designed for the two needle stitching on the filter bag and dedusting bags which made of PP,PE, NMO and PTFE in the global market.

With all the same character of regular GC1342 machine, this 2-needle long arm liquid filter bag sewing machine has the extra 18 inch long arm under the sewing arm, which make not only stitch the regular size filters bags, but also can stitch the longer size filter bags with two parrel lockstitch seams, the standard needle gauge is 6.40mm between two needles, 9.50mm and 12.70mm gauge size available too as the option, the pneumatic foot lift device as the standard kit, and the pneumatic reverse is available as the option(the air supply needed in the filter bag and dedusting bags factory).

In addition, this 2-needle long arm dust filter bag sewing machine also can come with the single needle version(please refer to our model GC1341L-18) and 43 inch long arm version with 1 and 2 needle(GC1341/2L-43 machine).
