Two needle cylinder bed filter bag sewing machine GC1342 is the high speed, 2-needle, union feed with walking foot, cylinder bed industrial lockstitch sewing machine,which developed from the single needle cylinder bed filter bag sewing machine GC1341. Both of these two machines are the most popular basic sewing machines for the filter bag and dedusting bags industry worldwide, which made of PP,PE,PTEF and NMO materials.
With the large vertical rotary hooks and bobbin, these two cylinder bed filter bag sewing machines adopts the triple feed with walking foot with the consistent seam, 72mm diameter cylinder bed, safety clutch device, top dial for the alternative foot movement, automatic lubrication system, high foot lift, long stitch length etc.
The various sub-class models include direct-driven, direct-driven version,18 inch and 43 inch long arm machines(please reference to GC1341L-18 and GC1343L-43 series machines),which can meet your customized filter bags stitching requests.
