81300 Big bag making sewing machine

Big bag making sewing machine GK81300-A3 has the full function with the pneumatic foot lift, chain thread cutter(hot knife),powerful needle position servo motor(220V,single phase, 750W with the external synchronizer for the upper and lower needle position), steady carbon steel stand and table top, which is the higher level machine based on GK81300-A2(In order realize and support these automatic functions, the big bag factory must have the air supply for the pneumatic foot lift, and have the technician with the electronic background, in order to maintenance the needle position servo motor and thread chain cutter/burner).

With all the same function of GK81300-A2, this GK81300-A3 jumbo bag making sewing machine has the automatic thread chain cutter device for the cutting and sealing of polypropylene thread 4000D and filler cord together with the proper tail size; the pneumatic foot lift device assures the fast and simple operation with the high daily output; the inlet and outlet spout sewing with the filler cord, the unique pedestal design for the better big bag sewing, the manual lubrication system with the top oil cup.

This container big bag making sewing machine with two thread overlock stitches and two independent chain stitches forms 401+502 type stitch can be realized by the climbing sewing, corner sewing on the side seams of heavy duty big bag body. It is one prefect big bag making sewing machine after the PP woven fabric cutting in all the ton bags, FIBC bags factory.
