81300 two needle big bag sewing machine is the upgraded machine head based on GK81300-A1 machine head. It is one most common heavy duty chain stitch industrial sewing machine with the safety stitch in the big bags factory worldwide, it is mainly designed to sew various fabric pieces of big bag body, including side seam on fabric and loop with/without the filler cord.
Based on GK81300-A1 machine head, this two needle jumbo bag swing machine 81300-A2 uses the pneumatic foot lift controlled by the pedal and manual foot lift lever together, which is very convenient for the operator to move the fabric easily during the sewing. The max. foot lift can up to 22mm, largest stitch length can be adjusted between 6-12mm(standard size 10mm),polypropylene thread 4000D, the filler cord guide from the top and bottom.
It is one 81300 two needle container bag sewing machine for durable side seams on FIBC bags, container bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags, big bags, ton bags which made of jute, burlap and PP woven. The best choices for all big bag manufacturers worldwide.
This series machines include the machine with the thread chain cutter (Please refer to the model GK81300-A3).
