Automatic bag closing system with CM-4900-3 is combined with A1-PB sewing pedestal, high speed bag closing machine head(DS-9C or DS-9CW), CM-4900-3 infeed devices and the belt conveyor(option). The bag infeed machine CM-4900-3 can trim the bag before guide and add the crepe tape, which ensures the beautiful and consistent stitch. The sewing height can be adjusted as per the filled bag height, the whole unit also can be connected with auto weighing and packing machine to work as the the auto bagging line.
This high level automatic bag closing system with CM-4900-3 bag infeed device can improve the working efficiency obviously, widely used in food, feed, chemical industries and more for automatic folding bag top, attaching crepe tape and sewing in one line, adopted PLC control, auto start/stop, auto thread cutting.
A1-PB Sewing Pedestal
It is height adjustable pedestal, carbon steel body, with casters for easy movement from one place to another place. It is used to mount bag closing machine head , bag infeed device, crepe tape stand and tag placer.

DS-9C Bag Closing Machine Head
The most popular gigh speed bag closing machine head DS-9C(equal to Newlong DS-9C), with full sealed lubrication system, all parts are dust-proof which extended the service life and decrease the maintenance cost.

CM-4900-3 Infeed and Trimming Device
High level CM-4900-3 is a bag top trimming and crepe tape binding device, for closure the crepe tape on the filled bag top mouth, the binder size can be 55mm,60mm,65mm,70mm.

PLC Control Box
It is adopted double VFDs control for regulating the working speed of sewing machine and infeed device. With imported electrical components to make sure the stability of the whole sewing system, it leaves the port to connect the conveyor. And the system power is standard with 380V/50Hz, other volts are available by adding the transformer.
