Heavy duty single needle portable bag closer GK2006-1 is the single needle, single thread high speed portable bag closing machine, with combined upper and lower feed which can grip both sides of the sewing material to ensure smooth feeding and improve the sewing quality. This machine has the built-in thread chain cutter to cut the thread quickly and increase the working efficiency. The stitch length is adjustable from 3-9mm according to different material thickness.
GK2006-1 heavy duty portable bag closer is with oil pump lubrication system, both 220V and 110V motor are available. The motor speed is constant when sewing light or heavy duty materials. The housing of the motor and handle are made of fiberglass-reinforced break-resistant polyamide(machine parts same as Union Special 2200).
This heavy duty portable bag closer is mainly designed for sewing various heavy materials, including geotextiles, synthetic turf, tarps, and different kinds of bags(paper bags, plastic bags, PP bags, jute bags, etc).
