Automatic big bag inlet and outlet sewing machine PSM-E3020-VS is one computerized high speed pattern industrial sewing machine. This machine is mainly designed for big bag outlet rosettes(petals) sewing with the auto lifted machine head and drawstring rope guide, its unique clamp usually holds and folds 4 corners of the rosettes with the reinforced pad/fabric when necessary during the sewing.

With Dahao control system, this automatic jumbo bag inlet and outlet sewing machine has the sewing area up to 300x200mm, high speed, touchable panel with the multi-languages, which can edit the pattern directly with USB port for the pattern transfer from the laptop, as well as other automatic edited function can be realized through this touchable panel, such as stitch length, pattern shape, stitches numbers, position and more. It has the basic automatic function, such as thread trimmer, central foot lift, automatic turning, reverse stich, zoom in and out, shape copy etc. The pattern edited software is available as the option.

In addition, this automatic container bag inlet and outlet sewing machine uses the extra large rotary hook and bobbin, its max. sewing speed can up to 2800RPM, max. stitch length 12.70mm. Very high efficiency automatic filling and discharging spout sewing machine for the big bag industry worldwide.
