Automatic bag closing system with A2 round pedestal contains the round sewing pedestal A2, bag closing machine GK35-6A and 1.5m belt conveyor. A2 round sewing pedestal(equal to Newlong A2 pedestal) has the carbon steel body, can be fixed or moveable setting.
This round pedestal bag closing system is the simple and economic sewing system for closing the filled bag mouth with or without crepe tape. It is suitable for sewing paper, PP, PE, woven bags etc, which widely used in food, feed, chemical industries, etc.
A2 Round Sewing Pedestal
Small round height adjustable pedestal A2 with the carbon steel body, can be fixed or moveable setting. It used to mount sewing head, bag infeed device and crepe tape stand, which is the necessary part of this whole automatic bag closing system with conveyor.

GK35-6A Bag Closing Machine Head
High speed bag closing machine head GK35-6A developed from the regular GK35-2C machine head, with auto start/stop and thread cutting, the cutter width is 50mm, low cost, stable quality and long machine life.

●Stitch length: 6.5-11mm
●Needle: 80800 #25
●Stitch type: 401
(Optional sewing head: GK35-8A/2-needle 4-thread bag closing head)
GKL-1500 Belt Conveyor 1.50M
The short belt type conveyor GKL-1500 is 1.5m length, with speed adjusting motor and bag guide rails. The conveyor height can be adjusted, mainly used together with sewing pedestal and bag closing machine.
