Sliding Board Bag Closing Machine with NP-7A

Sliding board bag closing machine is the popular and economical manual bag closing system for most small filled bags. GKS-6 is the stable simple mobile pedestal, which has the slide board with the caster, as well as the mounting bracket for the portable bag closer. It has the caster for the quick movement if necessary, two fixed screws at the bottom for the stabilized working, the foot pedal is for the auto start and stop, very friend operation, even for the unskilled user.

It is usually mounted with our portable bag closing machine head NP-7A as the standard bag closing station with the auto-thread cutter, the machine head height position can be easily adjusted by the manual lever. Both our GK26-1A and NP-9A portable bag closer heads can be mounted as the station as per the actual requests. The whole system is mainly designed to close the small filled bags made by PP,PE and kraft paper etc, which widely use in the rice, seeds, feeds factories and more.

NP-7A Portable Bag Closing Machine Head

NP-7A portable bag closer is single needle, single thread portable bag closing machine, with safety nylon handle, oil pump lubrication system and built-in thread chain cutter. With 90W, 110V or 220V Aluminum casting motor for fast cool down.
