Automatic bag closing system with GK35-6A contains the small sewing pedestal A1-PT, bag closing machine GK35-6A and bag infeed device CP4900, as well as the different lengths belt conveyors. GK35-6A is one high speed bag closing machine head with the automatic start and stop, built-in thread chain cutter etc.
The whole pedestal closing system has the PLC control, which is the automatic packaging unit at the high output. It is suitable for closing the filled bags made by kraft paper, PP, PE and other woven bags for the foot, seeds, mineral, salt industries etc.
A1-PT Sewing Pedestal
The small height adjustable pedestal A1-PT uses the carbon steel body, its bottom heavy casters for easy movement from place to place. It is mainly used to mount sewing head, bag infeed device and crepe tape stand.

GK35-6A Bag Closing Machine Head
High speed bag closing machine head GK35-6A developed from the regular GK35-2C machine head, with auto start/stop and thread cutting, the cutter width is 50mm, low cost, stable quality and long machine life.

●Stitch length: 6.5-11mm
●Needle: 80800 #25
●Stitch type: 401
(Optional sewing head: GK35-8A/2-needle 4-thread bag closing head)
CP4900 Infeed Device
The belt type infeed device CP4900, which can be plain feed or with bag top folding, the folding direction can be back or front. This device can not work alone, must match with sewing machine. There different motors(Chinese induction motor, speed regulating motor and Mitsubishi induction motor) as the option.

PLC Control Box
Stable quality PLC control system, manually adjust the speed of CP4900 infeed device, easy operation. It leaves the port for connecting the conveyor. And the system power is standard with 380V/50Hz, other volts are available by adding the transformer.
