Products Descriptions
Kraft paper bag closing and sealing system KS-232D/243D series are mainly designed for sealing heavy duty kraft paper filled bags with inner PE, which over sealed with adhesive tape. The whole system are automatic and continuous to finish the process of dust cleaning, trimming, heat sealing(inner PE), stitching with thread by the high speed bag closing head(DS-7C or DS-11 sewing machine head) and heat sealing the heat-seal tape.
KS series kraft paper bag heat sealing machines are good to pack the filled bags with such materials as fine chemicals, food additives, flour, powder, fertilizers, etc. During the whole process, this sealing machine automatically finish without any manual operation, which greatly improves the sealing speed and packaging efficiency.
This KS series kraft paper bag heat sealers includes KS-232D for 3 layers bags and KS-243D mainly for 4 layers kraft paper filled bags.
