Automatic bag tag placer A1-PB+GK35-6A+CP6000-2+LS-130D includes the large sewing pedestal A1-PB, high speed bag closing machine GK35-6A(2-needle 4-thread GK35-8A as the option), special infeed device CP6000-2 and tag placer LS-130D, and the operation panel is Siemens brand HMC touch screen. The whole sewing system is adopted PLC control, auto bag top folding, tag placing and bag closing.
This economical automatic bag tag placer with the low cost GK35-6A machine head(similar to Union Special 80800 series machine head)is designed to automatically position pre-printed product information labels/tags near the nip-point, or infeed, of a bag as it is being sewn closed while eliminating the operator's task of hand feeding labels and tags, increasing line speed and throughput.
A1-PB Sewing Pedestal
Large sewing pedestal A1-PB,height adjustable, carbon steel body, bottom strong casters for easy movement from one place to another place. It is used to mount bag closing machine head , bag infeed device, crepe tape stand and tag placer.

GK35-6A Bag Closing Machine Head
High speed bag closing machine head GK35-6A developed from the regular GK35-2C machine head, with auto start/stop and thread cutting, the cutter width is 50mm, low cost, stable quality and long machine life.

●Stitch length: 6.5-11mm
●Needle: 80800 #25

CP6000-2 Special Infeed Device
The special infeed device CP6000-2 developed from the regular CP6000 bag infeeder, which mainly designed for matching the tag placer to feed the tags, which is for folding the bag top, the folding direction can be back or front.

LS-130D Auto Tag Placer
The motor controlled tag placer, belt transmission and mechanical pliers by air cylinder, easy adjust the tag feeding speed according to the sewing system speed. This device is the core part of this whole automatic bag closing system with tag placer for the filled bag top mouth.

●Tag length: 95-130mm
●Tag thickness: less than 1mm

PLC Control Box
It is adopted double VFDs control for regulating the working speed of sewing machine and infeed device. With imported electrical components to make sure the stability of the whole sewing system, it leaves the port to connect the conveyor. And the system power is standard with 380V/50Hz, other volts are available by adding the transformer.
