Super long arm filter bag cylinder bed sewing machine GC1341/2L-43 are the cylinder bed compound feed with walking foot industrial sewing machines. With the super cylinder bed long arm(43 inch), this machine with the thickening top casting is mainly designed for the sewing of liquid filter bags and dust filter bags, which made of PP,PE,PTFE and NMO, especially very good for the extra large size tubular filter bags and dedusting bags with the free and ease circular movement under the large working space.
With 90mm diameter cylinder, these 2-needle super long arm filter bag sewing machines uses two large vertical axis rotary hooks and large bobbins to realize two independent lockstitch seams, built-in bobbin winder and top dial for the alternative walking foot adjustment, large working space under the arm, the compound feed with the walking foot assures the consistent smooth seam quality, even on the multi-layers fabrics, the pneumatic foot lift and air back tack as the standard device.
These supper long arm filter bag sewing machines include single needle version machine GC1341L-43 and GC1342L-43 two needle version machine. With the customized heavy metal workstation, these two machines are mainly designed to sew the liquid filter bags, dust filter bags, dedust filter bags, pipe covers, large sized tubular workpieces and more.
