Jumbo bag making sewing machine GK80700-CD5 is one of the best chainstitch big bag making machines in the current global market, as well as for FIBC bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags, container bags, ton bags which made of jute, burlap and PP woven. It is mainly designed for attaching filling and discharging spout, inserting top and bottom plate and body side seams on thick PP/PE fabrics of big bags, with top and bottom filler cord guides for sealing the needle punctures. It is also very good for geotextiles sewing applications.
GK80700-CD5 big bag making sewing machine is the full function machine, which developed from the GK80700-CD4 machine head. Both of the pneumatic air foot lift and chain thread cutter(knot knife) are assembled on this machine(the air generator required in the jumbo bag factory), this chain thread cutter can cut the thread and filer cord together by the instant high temperature and seal synchronously. The powerful needle position servo motor(750W) and its external synchronizer with the upper and lower needle position function, the steady carbon steel stand and table top with the label box available as the option.
Developed from GK80700-CD4, GK80700-CD5 FIBC bag sewing machine has the satisfied higher performance, the standard stitch length 10mm (adjustable between 6-12mm), two needle distance 7.2mm (stitch type#401), polypropylene thread 4000D,the max. sewing capacity can up to 18mm.For the basic machine or the basic machine with the pneumatic foo lift, please reference to the model number GK80700-CD4 and GK80700-CD3.
