Two thread carpet sewing machine GN20-2 is flat bed, bottom feed, single needle, two thread heavy duty carpet overedge chainstitch sewing machine, which is one basic carpets sewing machine head of our series machines for the global carpets industry. Its single needle and double loopers to make two thread overedge seam, upper and lower thread tension is easy adjusted by the tension nut, with manual lubrication and sight feed oiler. With strong and beautiful stitch, low noise and easy maintenance.
GN20-2 carpet sewing machine is for decorative sewing on straight border, also available for curved line and small circles on heavy duty carpets, the sewing thickness can be 12mm, and max.overedging width is 19mm. Specially designed for two thread over seaming stitch on carpets, rugs, car mats, flooring materials and more, one good low-cost but high performance carts making swing machine for the global carpets manufacturers.
