Dust removeable filter bag sewing machine GC1341L-18 is the one needle, high speed, 18 inch long arm, cylinder bed industrial lockstitch sewing machine, which developed from the regular GC1341 machine head. For the large size dust removal filter bags, the short arm of the common cylinder bed sewing machine can not stitch well. This 18 inch long arm cylinder bed machine is mainly designed for this specific sewing requests of the long dust removal filter bag sewing machine.
This 18 inch long arm filter bag cylinder bed sewing machine GC1341L-18 has all the full same function of regular GC1341 machine, but with 18 inch long arm cylinder bed. It only has one large vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin to realize one straight lockstitch on the dust removable filter bags as well as other type filters bags, the large working space under the arm is very convenient for the free circular movement of all kinds of filter bags, the air foot lift device as the standard kit of this machine.
In addition, this machine also has 43 inch long arm version with 1&2 needle separately. For the further details, please refer to GC1341L-43 and GC1342L-43 machine.
