1-needle 2-thread big bag making sewing machine GK81500B is the heavy duty safety chain stitch overedge industrial sewing machine. It is mainly designed for sewing various fabric of big bags body with one straight chain stitch and one overedge stitch to cover the PP fabric edge of jumbo bags in the certain condition in the big bag factory.

Developed from the common GK81300 machine head, this 1-needle 2-thread jumbo bag making sewing machine adopts the powerful upper and lower finding mechanism, solid machine casting without shake during the sewing, reasonable inside structure with the quality spare parts, high needle bar stroke, top oil cup, filler cord guide, overlock stitch(stitch type:502). The filler cord can be added synchronously during the sewing, which makes sure the tightness of the jumbo bag without the leakage.

The complete set GK81500B 1-needle 2-thread FIBC bag making sewing machine includes table, stand, heavy thread stand for big bag and strong 750W needle position motor with upper and lower needle position function. Also it can add air foot lift and thread chain cutter(hot knife/burner).
