Full stainless steel automatic bag closing system with conveyor A1-PB-SS+DS-9C+CP4900-SS+GKL-2500-SS is the full stainless steel constructure, high speed automatic packaging integrated machine, for bag top folding, conveying and sewing the filled bags in the production lines. The machine has outstanding corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which can effectively resist the erosion of chemical substances and dust in harsh working environments, and meet the strict standards of food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Stainless steel automatic bag closing machine A1-PB-SS+DS-9C+CP4900-SS+GKL-2500-SS a is composed of 4 components: stainless steel pedestal with control box, stainless steel bag top folding device, high speed bag closing machine head DS-9C, and 2.5m stainless steel belt conveyor, which are closely matched and run synchronously in the line operation of bagged products from bag top folding to final sewing.

This stainless steel bag closing machine system is widely used in various bagged materials, such as grain, flour, feed, fertilizer, food and so on. It can be used alone or connected with auto bagging machine, weighing machine or other equipment to form a complete automatic production line.

Stainless Steel Pedestal A1-PB-SS

Stainless steel(#304) pedestal for bag closing machine system is for hanging bag sewing machine head, bag infeed device, etc. The sewing height(720-1220mm) can be adjusted by the handle, and with casters for easy movement.It is mainly used in the corrosive working situation, such as chemical industry etc.

DS-9C Bag Closing Machine Head

DS-9C is high speed sewing head, with full sealed lubrication system, all parts are dust-proof which extended the service life and decrease the maintenance cost.

CP4900-SS Stainless Steel Bag Infeed Device

Stainless steel bag feed-in device CP4900-SS is the stainless steel version device based on regular CP4900. It is mainly designed for the bag closing in the corrosive working circumstance, such as chemical industry etc.

Bag folding width: 35-50mm

Motor: 200W

Stainless Steel Belt Conveyor

2.50m length belt conveyor with the stainless steel material, which make the whole bag closing system with the full outstanding corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Its length can be customized as per the actual demand.
