High performance bag closing system A1-PB+DS-9C+CP6900+GKL-3000 contains the large sewing pedestal A1-PB, high speed bag closing machine DS-9C, long version infeed device CP6900 and 3m length belt conveyor GKL-3000. The whole sewing system mainly use the PLC control and inverters to adjust the speed of sewing head, infeed device and conveyor.
This high performance bag closing system has the adjusted height and different length belt conveyors. It is mainly designed to close the top mouth of filled bags made by PP, PE,Kraft paper and clothes etc, which popular in the seed, fertilizer, salt, foot, mineral factories and more.
A1-PB Sewing Pedestal
It is height adjustable pedestal, carbon steel body, with casters for easy movement from one place to another place. It is used to mount bag closing machine head , bag infeed device, crepe tape stand and tag placer.

DS-9C Bag Closing Machine Head
The most popular gigh speed bag closing machine head DS-9C(equal to Newlong DS-9C), with full sealed lubrication system, all parts are dust-proof which extended the service life and decrease the maintenance cost.

●Stitch length: 7-10.5mm
●Needle: DR-H30 #26
●Stitch type: 401
(Optional sewing head: DS-9CW 2-needle 4-hread)
CP6900 Long Arm Infeeder
Long version belt type infeed device CP6900 can be plain feed or with bag top folding, the folding direction can be back or front. This device only work together with the bag closing machine head and pedestal.

●Folding width: 35-50mm
●Motor: 200W
(Optional infeed device: CP4900, CP6000)
GKL-3000 Belt Conveyor
3m length belt conveyor GKL-3000, with fixed or variable frequency motor, height can be adjusted, and with bag guide rails. The conveyor length can be 2.5m, 3m, 3.5m, 4m. More longer conveyor can be customized.

PLC Control Box
It is adopted double VFDs control for regulating the working speed of sewing machine and infeed device. With imported electrical components to make sure the stability of the whole sewing system, it leaves the port to connect the conveyor. And the system power is standard with 380V/50Hz, other volts are available by adding the transformer.
