Stainless steel pedestal bag sewing system A1-PB-SS+DS-9C+CP4900-SS includes the SUS 304 frame of sewing pedestal A1-PB, stainless steel infeed device CP4900-SS, DS-9C bag closing machine head and the different length belt conveyors as the option. This pedestal bag closing system works well with the long machine life in the corrosive working environment, it is completed with air system and VFD speed control for easy synchronization among sewing head, infeed device and conveyor.
This fully automatic height adjustable bag closing system is designed for paper, polywoven, jute or woven cloth bags. Stainless steel construction is for long years of service, capable of sewing paper, PP, jute open mouth bags. Stainless Steel Pedestal A1-PB-SS
Stainless steel(#304) pedestal for bag closing machine system is for hanging bag sewing machine head, bag infeed device, etc. The sewing height(720-1220mm) can be adjusted by the handle, and with casters for easy movement.It is mainly used in the corrosive working situation, such as chemical industry etc.
DS-9C Bag Closing Machine Head
DS-9C is high speed sewing head, with full sealed lubrication system, all parts are dust-proof which extended the service life and decrease the maintenance cost.

CP4900-SS Stainless Steel Bag Infeed Device
Stainless steel bag feed-in device CP4900-SS is the stainless steel version device based on regular CP4900. It is mainly designed for the bag closing in the corrosive working circumstance, such as chemical industry etc.

PLC Control Box
Siemens PLC and Schneider double inverters speed control for sewing head and infeed device.
