Stitching and sealing packaging machine
Stitching and sealing packaging machine KS-14D is an automatic packaging machine for stitching and heat sealing multi-layer kraft paper with inner plastic laminated bags. The working processes of dust cleaning, trimming, stitching, heat tape binding, heat sealing, press closing are performed in one continuous line.
KS-14D Stitching and sealing packaging machine adopted advanced of light, electrical and mechanical technologies, which makes the automatic and high performance packaging, also increased productivity and reduced manual intervention.
After sealing the bag by the machine, it is not only neatly stitched and sealed, but also hot pressed closing, which has the advantages of dust proof, pollution proof and protection of the bags. Stitching and sealing packaging machine is widely used for packaging pet food, grains, fertilizers, etc.

Features
Dust cleaner(Option)
Open the inner PE liner, and clean the bag mouth at the heat sealing area for a better sealing effect.
Sewing head
DS-7C or DS-11 is recommended for continuous sewing, whether stitching first for over heat seal tape or at the end for stitching on the crepe tape.
Press roll
After sealing the inner PE liner and over heat seal tape on bag top, press roll the sealing part to make it neat and flat.
Heat bars
Adjustable heating temperature and pressure to seal different thickness of the bag, from 3 pairs to 6 pairs of heat bars for high sealing efficiency.
