Paper bag closing and sealing machine KS-1 series are the automatic dust cleaning, trimming, stitching, heat sealing (inner PE) and heat-seal tape sealing machine for single layer or multi-layers kraft paper bags with inner PE. The sealing process is automatically finished in one line.
This kraft paper bag closing and sealing machine(equal to Newlong KS-1 series) mainly use DS-7C or DS-11 high speed bag closing machine head, first stitching the bag mouth, then sealing with heat-seal tape, the stitch is covered with the heat-seal tape, which makes good sealing performance.
This automatic line adopts the advanced technology, full automation,high performance. After sealing, they have the advantage of dust proof, pollution proof and can well protect the package. They are the basic and most popular paper bag stitching and sealing system in the global market.
Products Features
- Hold the upper part of the bag for the whole sealing process, to make the perfect sealing performance.
- Fold the heat seal tape automatically over the bag top, and automatically cut the tape after seal.
- Adjustable heating temperature and pressure to seal different thickness of the bag, from 3 pairs to 6 pairs of heat bars for high sealing efficiency.
- DS-7C or DS-11 is recommended for continuous sewing, whether stitching first for over heat seal tape or at the end for stitching on the crepe tape.
