Big bag lockstitch sewing machines with auto thread trimmer GC1541SD-7/D-7 ARE the popular big bag lockstitch sewing machines with the full function, which includes automatic thread trimmer, auto foot lift and auto reverse. They are very good automatic machines for the global manufactures of big bag, jumbo bag, FIBC, container bag and more.
These jumbo bag lockstitch sewing machines with auto thread trimmer include two subclass models: GC1541S-7 and GC1541SD-7. Both of these two models are upgraded from the regular GC1541S machine. GC1541S-7 is the machine with the H.S. 750W servo motor from Taiwan under the table top, GC1541S-7 is the machine with built-in servo motor 750W and fashion icon panel. They have all the basic characteristics of GC1541S machine with more auto functions.
The FIBC bag lockstitch sewing machines with the auto thread trimmer assures the trimming for both top and bottom threads with the short tail, which raise the working efficiency significantly for the big bag factories with the manual thread cutting at the end of big bag sewing. These two machines are very good for the freeform sewing of big bags, jumbo bags, ton bags, container bags and more.
Also, 18, 25 and 30 inch long arm version machines available as the option.
