High speed big bag sewing machine GC1510 is the most typical machine of the big bag lockstitch sewing machines in the global market. By its outstanding efficiency and stable quality, It can sew container bag loop seam on fabric, spout fabric seam,side seam on fabric, top and bottom panel seam,even corner seam and more.
High speed jumbo bag sewing machine GC1510 adopts the bottom feed, needle feed and top feed, large vertical axis rotary hook and large bobbin, the alternative foot movement controlled by the top dial as the stand device, safety clutch prevents the hook damage, high speed with large stitch length, large clearance under the foot, high take-up lever stroke, as well as the auto lubrication system.
This high speed bulk bag sewing machines is mainly designed for the freeform sewing all kinds of big bags, jumbo bags, containers with the high speed and durable performance in the most big bag factories.
There are more than 10 different subclass models available, such as direct-driven version with thread trimmer or without, even long arm versions machines(14, 18, 25 and 30 inch long arm) and more.
