B-2 bag closing machine is the small sized bag closing machine with traverse table, for closing filled bags made of paper, plastic, woven fabric, jute ,etc. Widely used in agriculture, food, chemical, construction, etc industries.

B-2 bag closing machine can be mounted with different type of sewing heads, such as GK8 series, GK35 series, DS-7 series bag closing machine heads, which can be foot pedal controlled normal bag closing, PLC controlled automatic bag closing, as well as crepe tape sewing.

1. Sewing head is vertically mounted on the pedestal, and the sewing height is simple adjusted by the handle.

2. The sliding board is protected against the rail and with automatic return to ensure the stable operation.

3. The machine is casters for easy movement from place to place to close the bags.

4. Foot pedal controlled sewing system mainly for mechanical thread cutter machine heads, step on the pedal to start the sewing, and step off to stop.

5. PLC controlled sewing system is for automatic start-stop and automatic thread/crepe tape cutting, which for those machines equipped with the pneumatic cutter.

6. If need to sew with crepe tape, it requires to mount the tape stand on the pedestal, and the sewing head need to add the binder. The binder sizes can be 55mm, 60mm, 65mm and 70mm. It can be manual cut the tape or automatic cut the tape, which depend on the sewing machine head and control system.
