The spiral quantitative packaging scale DCS-50P is the professional quantitative packaging machine for powder materials, adopted double spirals feeding, which avoid the materials blocked or sticked, suitable used in such industries as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.
This powder type automatic quantitative weighting scale assures the stable performance, display cumulative weight and packaging quantity with the simple and fast operation. Depending on the different products, the optional features available, such as anti-breakage mechanisms, pneumatic vibrating devices for hoppers, and slow-feed vibrating systems and others.
This automatic weighting scale for powder products usually works GK35-6A or DS-9C bag closing head, the sewing pedestal and the belt conveyor as the united automatic line to transfer and close the filled bags after the filling and weighting.
Working Principle:
Spiral packaging scale is combined with spiral feeding mechanism, auto weighing system, bag clamping device, manual feed the bag, bag closing machine and conveyor. Spiral feeding mode controlled the speed and rotation to ensure the consistent and accurate flow of powder materials, and auto weighing system is with high precision sensor to continuously monitor the weight materials being dispensed, once pre-set weight is reached, the spiral feeding stops, and the filled bag is released for next sewing processing.
Working process:
Manual feed the bag→Automatic clamp the bag mouth→Automatic weighing→Automatic release the filled bag→Automatic conveying→Automatic sewing of bag mouth.

It can meet wide range of packaging size, from small bags to large bags, from 10KGS/bag to 50KGS/bag. The machine can be easily changed the packing volume for different product requirements.

The control panel and simple operation procedures make it easy to use the machine, with emergency stop button and safety guards to protect the workers during the operation.
