Direct-driven Big Bag Freeform Sewing Machine

Direct-driven big bag freeform sewing machine GC1541S-D is one ideal direct-driven jumbo bag lockstitch sewing machine for all bulk bags factories worldwide. It is mainly designed for the freeform sewing and attaching the lifting loop to the big bag body.

This direct-drives jumbo bag freeform sewing machine is one single needle high speed compound feed with walking foot machine, with double capacity horizontal axis hook and with safety clutch mechanism. Large handwheel, built-in bobbin winder, and built-in knee lifter mechanism, the lubrication system is by central oil wick, and hook lubrication is automatic.

GC1541S-D direct-driven FIBC bag freeform sewing machine has the large needle bar stroke, high presser foot lift and double tension mechanism. The alternating vertical movement of walking foot and presser foot can be 6.5mm. When thread caught in the hook or other troubles happen, the safety clutch mechanism will automatically prevent the hook from damage. And the stitch length is easy to adjust by the stitch dial. 750W direct driven mini servo motor.

Long arm version machine with 18 inch, 25 inch and 30 inch as the option depends on the different big bag sizes. It also can sew medium to heavy duty materials, such as leather products, car seats, car mats, belts, case etc.
